This environment, filled with impressive Turkish and Arab architecture, was abandoned for historical, political, and economic reasons.
Now, the buildings are declared for preservation and stand as museum exhibits are offered for sale to real estate investors.
For this series, I built color palettes that characterize a nighttime experience in this environment: The encounter with these structures in the face of the "darkness" of reality.
